I made two cards with the Pretty City. Read on and check them out!
Clean and Simple
The Mini Delight stamp and die sets seem to lend themselves to Clean and Simple Cards. For this card, I stamped the Pretty City stamp using a gradient of inks from the Rock Collection set. I then stamped the lights using the same method with the Warm and Cozy ink set. I then heat embossed the image with Altenew Clear embossing Powder. The sentiment was typed using my vintage Smith Corona Typewriter. The heart is from the Envelope Liner Die set and was cut from StarDream Metallic cardstock in Mars. Peachy Tiles Washi was laid down over the card base. The card front panel was adhered using foam tape.
Peek-A-Boo window surprise
I love using these Mini Delight sets to make Peek-A-Boo cards. I love the surprise element and these are so easy to make. This is a Z-Fold card made by taking two cards and adhering them together so there are two flaps. On the top flap, I die cut the Pretty City, added PEACE letters from the Fine Line Alpha Set and wrote on Earth using the Altenew Fine Liner pens. The PEACE letters were die cut from white cardstock that had been blended with Altenew Enchanted Gold Ink.
The inside of the card is a colorful surprise. The Pretty City stamp was stamped in Rock Collection inks and the lights in Warm and Cozy inks. To achieve the colorful sky, I used the Altenew Cloud stencil with Glacier Caves and Enchanted Purple ink sets. After letting the ink dry, I took the Altenew Warped Speed stencil, laid it down, smooshed VersaMark ink over it and then Altenew Antique Gold embossing powder. The sentiment is from Altenew Winter Florals and was also heat embossed with Antique Gold Embossing Powder. After lifting this flap, there is a lot of room for the sender to write their personal message.

Your cards are wonderful! I love how you made the window in your Z-fold card. And the inside is so bright and surprising. Comments are closed.
